Police and the Trick Service are investigating an incident in Frederick including an evident attempt to frighten voters with the delivery of a threatening letter. The Trick Service is involved because the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris. Like people in lots of neighborhoods, homeowners in Frederick show their political choices through lawn indications.

One Monday we had a personnel conference to discuss different preventative measures we could take during the spread of the virus, but then things moved so rapidly that by the end of that week we were almost completely shut down.
